Job Opportunity: Technical ExpertThis is a chance to work with an innovative technology company that provides digital solutions for various industries. We are looking for a skilled Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team and help us drive our growth.We design, develop, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and Freemarker templates.We customize and extend existing templates to meet client-specific requirements.We troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Freemarker, HTML, and CSS.We ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.We provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.We document technical designs, processes, and client-specific configurations.We stay updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and template management.You will be responsible for:Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Designing, developing, and maintaining web pages using HTML, CSS, and Freemarker templates.Customizing and extending existing templates to meet client-specific requirements.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Freemarker, HTML, and CSS.Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Providing technical guidance to clients and internal teams.Documenting technical designs, processes, and client-specific configurations.Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and template management.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.4-9 years of experience in technical implementation, including significant experience in leading projects from inception to completion.Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams.Required skills: Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Front-end Developer, proficiency in HTML, CSS (mandatory), hands-on experience in Freemarker is a plus, experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., CSS Grid, Bootstrap) is a plus, understanding of responsive design principles, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and client-facing skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred skills: Experience with Java or other server-side technologies is a plus, experience with data modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar), ability to create reports and insights that support project decision-making and business objectives.What we offer:A competitive compensation package depending on your profile.A unique opportunity to be part of a young and fast-growing team where you can make your mark.The possibility of taking over and growing our service delivery for a marquee customer depending on your experience, skills, and drive.About Us:We are an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud of our ongoing efforts to foster global diversity, equity, & inclusion in the workplace.
