About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles to drive impactful digital experiences across our eCommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of creative problem-solving and strategic design thinking, with a proven track record in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for high-traffic web and mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery of UI assets.Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interfaces.Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to deliver scalable and conversion-driven designs.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.Use user behavior analytics and usability testing insights to refine and optimize designs continuously.Stay current with eCommerce design trends, tools, and technology to inform design thinking and execution.Key QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from the National Institute of Design (NID) or a B.Tech degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within eCommerce, D2C, or consumer tech platforms.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact UI/UX solutions across responsive web and mobile applications.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.Solid understanding of information architecture, UX research methodologies, and usability principles.Experience working in agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally with tech and business stakeholders.A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail, layout, typography, and color usage aligned with brand guidelines.
