Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Agency Partner at Kotak APC in Navi Mumbai with flexibility for remote work. The Agency Partner will be responsible for recruitment, developing the team, managing partnerships, developing marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with partners. They will work on promoting and creating collaborative opportunities with a team to support the growth of the Agency Partner.


Growth in the organisation :

  • To lead a team to RECRUIT, DEVELOP & MANAGE TEAM.

Qualifications

  • SENIOR CITIZENS / RETIRED / VRS EXECUTIVES (FROM ANY INDUSTRY)
  • HOUSEWIVES & HOME MAKERS 50+
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of the financial industry or interest in financial services is an added advantage. Not Compulsory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
