Business Operations ManagerWe are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely reconciliation and payment of invoices.This role requires collaboration with internal teams to reconcile revenue transactions, account for intercompany collections among group entities, and provide assistance during audits and due diligence.The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Reconciliation: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of revenue transactions.Invoice Payment: Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain open communication with stakeholders.Intercompany Collections: Account for intercompany collections among group entities and optimize financial processes.Audits and Due Diligence: Provide assistance during audits and due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Process Refunds: Process refunds and participant referrals efficiently and effectively.Requirements:MBA or Equivalent Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ERP environment.Skills: Excellent working skills of MS Excel, knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP and Salesforce), and ability to work under pressure.
