We specialize in performance-driven creatives, Klaviyo email marketing, Meta ads, and Shopify growth.We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into high-converting, thumb-stopping content.What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos for ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Reels).Create scroll-stopping hooks and maintain audience attention.Add engaging captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.Collaborate with our marketing team to translate brand messages into compelling visuals.Deliver multiple edits weekly, manage feedback, and ensure quick turnaround.Requirements1–3 years of experience editing for e-commerce or DTC brands.Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and messaging.Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Desktop.Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.Bonus: Experience with UGC or influencer-style editing.What We OfferFull-time remote position (5 days/week).Fast-paced, high-growth agency environment.Opportunity to work with international brands.Room to grow into Creative Lead or Ad Director roles.
