Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Business Analyst with expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI models. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-powered initiatives and drive impactful results across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis:
  • Gather and document business requirements by liaising with stakeholders across functions.
  • Translate business needs into AI use cases and solution specifications.
  • AI Integration:
  • Collaborate with data scientists and developers to implement Generative AI models.
  • Provide insights into integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows and platforms.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency using AI solutions.
  • Recommend strategies for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts in a simplified manner to stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and present progress reports to management.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Evaluate the success of deployed AI models.
  • Suggest improvements for model accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, MBA or related fields.

  • Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL-E, etc.).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
