Job Title:Oracle Cloud Security SpecialistYears of Experience: 5–7 YearsJob Summary:We seek an experienced Oracle Cloud Security Specialist with a strong background in managing security policies, user roles and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.Design and manage data security, access controls and user roles within Oracle Fusion Applications.Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Oracle certifications are highly preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.
