Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities
- Be subject matter expert of Trade Finance Operations – Letter of Credits etc.
- Work on day-to-day activities for LC issuance, documentation, Amendments, vetting of documents.
- Letter of Credit – update and reconcile/book fees.
- Sound knowledge of ICC rules such as, UCP600, ISBP821 and INCOTERMS2020 and URR725
- Ability to handle the complex Letters of Credit such as Transferable LCs, Back-to-Back LCs and Commodity LCs.
- Strong understanding of complete Letters of Credit Cycle and the roles of various Banks involved in the cycle
- Ability to analyze LC applications and conduct thorough workability checks for LC issuance and Confirmation in line with ICC guidelines and internal policies & procedures
- Able to review and issue Reimbursement Authorization(RA) and Reimbursement Undertaking (RU)
- Sound understanding of SWIFT Message Types(MTs) such as MT700,MT710,MT720,MT730,MT740,MT742,MT747,MT754,MT202,MT103 and the associated fields
- Knowledge about Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-BOYCOTT regulations/Clauses and able to identify reflags in LCs and LC applications
Required Background
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Syndicated Loan Operations, Letter of Credits, Trade Finance Operations
- Bachelors/master’s in commerce
- Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the field of Trade Finance Operations.
