Project CoordinatorWe're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the smooth onboarding and delivery of utility data connections. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, and building contact details.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data.Work Arrangement:This is a remote position. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time. As this is not an employment contract, the consultant will be required to provide a valid GST registration number (support for the setup process can be provided).
