We are looking for an Operations Intern who is passionate about this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Director and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions for teachers and staff members.
- Support the management of teacher scheduling, performance tracking, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality educational services.
- Help in processing teacher payrolls and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Work with datasets related to student performance, course outcomes, and operational metrics. Analyse the data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas and suggest process improvements.
- Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and contributing to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. ( B.Tech preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
- Passion for education and a keen interest in the edtech industry.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Stipend: 20k Per Month
Duration: 6 Months
Location- Bangalore (HSR office)
Note: Candidate must be available to work in rotational shifts (Night shift)
