Backed by a team with prior experience in leading industry sectors, including the Big 4, Innosolv Pro is committed to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting & Compliance- Prepare and maintain financial statements in line with UK/US GAAP standards.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit guidelines.- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.- Bookkeeping & Financial Operations- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and general ledger entries.- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.Qualifications & Skills- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter or equivalent).- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (UK/US GAAP).- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting.- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ZOHO).- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
