BI & ETL Tester Job OpportunityInsight Global is seeking a skilled BI & ETL Tester to validate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy, performance, and reliability of data pipelines, BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.Job Requirements:We are looking for a professional with strong experience in data validation, SQL, ETL process testing, and working with modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have:5–10+ years of BI/ETL testing or QA experience.Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs).Experience testing ETL tools such as Airflow.The successful candidate will also possess:Understanding of data warehousing (Star/Snowflake schema, dimensions, facts).Knowledge of cloud data platforms (GCP is a plus).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.Experience in defect management and test documentation tools.Preferred Qualifications:In addition to the above requirements, the following qualifications are highly desirable:Experience with SAP source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP IBP) for data validation.Exposure to big data technologies (BigQuery).Automation experience using Python or SQL-based frameworks.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data testing.Experience with version control (Git).At Insight Global, we offer a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
