Job Description
This person will look at profitability, channel spending, and channel ads delivery. An ideal candidate is a prompt learner who’s primary responsibility is to drive profitable sales in the current and future E-commerce channels.

What you’ll work on:
Monitor Sales figures/Reporting and trend to analyses how online activity can be improved to increase revenue.
Focus on ACOS / ROAS along with driving sales and reducing wastage - Budget management and forecasting - Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPIs
Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROI - Strategic thinking, flawless execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives - Provide weekly / monthly sales and advertising analytics
Ensuring presence of complete product assortment, comprehensive product content (with Hi Res images, A+ Content and Videos).
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
Must have experience in running a conversion-based campaign for E-commerce businesses (Both B2B and B2C) like Amazon/Flipkart.
Negotiate advertising contracts/Launch and establishing new businesses
Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms
Research and Identify potential market trends, monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads & Ecommerce is a MUST
Ecommerce experience working on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, other channels is a MUST
Ability to plan and manage ecom budget
Insightful, Innovative, Collaborative and highly Organized
Account Management Experience – Key Account, Institutional etc
Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
