Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge ML/AI solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and system design. Experience with deep learning, especially CNN/RNN/Transformers, is highly desirable.This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, modeling expertise, and practical knowledge of MLOps. The successful candidate will be able to convert business use cases into scalable ML pipelines.The key responsibilities of this role include model development and experimentation, data engineering and processing, ML deployment and MLOps, LLM and GenAI (preferred but not mandatory), cloud and infrastructure, software engineering best practices, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring observability and optimization.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)Proficiency in ML algorithms, data structures, and ML system designExperience with deep learning, especially CNN/RNN/TransformersKnowledge of LLMs, embeddings, tokenizer concepts (preferred)Strong understanding of vector databases (Qdrant, FAISS, Pinecone)Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deploymentFamiliarity with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of passionate problem-solvers and life-long learners.
