Program ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our programs, provide support to learners, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional learning experiences.Key Responsibilities: Learner Support: Provide expert guidance to learners, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, ensure alignment of deliverables, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices for efficiency. Quality Control: Ensure that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Adaptability to Business Needs: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per business requirements. Customer-Focused: Proven experience in customer support roles with the ability to resolve inquiries professionally and effectively. Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools, with an interest or background in EdTech being a plus. Adaptable: Ability to work in fast-paced environments with flexibility and a positive attitude. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in written communication and problem-solving. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams to provide exceptional learner support. Experience in EdTech or related fields: Prior experience with online education, services delivery, or familiarity with digital learning tools (preferably proficiency with learning management systems).
