About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with advanced knowledge of Zoho software to join our dynamic team, with at least 3 years of professional experience and a strong background in the e-commerce industry. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial processes while leveraging Zoho tools for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret financial reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
• Monitor inventory levels, invoicing, and order management through Zoho Inventory to ensure accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Zoho tools across various departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Optimize and automate accounting processes using Zoho workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Zoho applications, particularly Zoho Books
• Prior experience working in or supporting the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Relevant certification in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of GST,TDS is must
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+years experience into accounts
