Role :Client Account ManagerType : Full TimeRole Summary:As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clientsand ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, including on boarding, account management, and renewal.Responsibilities:Serve as the primarypoint of contactfor assigned clients,managing all aspectsof the client relationship.Understand clients'business needs and goals and develop customized solutions to meet their needsAct as a subjectmatter expert on our productsand services, providingguidance and support to clientsIdentify and pursue up selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growthWork with internal teamsto ensure timelyand accurate deliveryof products and servicesMonitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely mannerConduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure that all client communication is professional, timely,and effectiveAssist with the on boarding processfor new clients,including training and on boarding support.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account managementParticipate in sales and marketing activities to promote our products and services to potential clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field0-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2C environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with CRM systemsand strong computerskillsKnowledge of our products and services is a plusAbout Mygate: Sparked by the idea that technology can make securitymore effective, Mygatebegan its journey in early 2016.
