Job title : Communications Designer Experience: 4–5 Years (Minimum 2–3 years in an Advertising Agency) Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time About the role : We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Communications Designer who can conceptualize and create visually compelling design solutions that communicate brand stories effectively across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand communication and campaign design, with proven experience working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. Key Responsibilities : Develop creative concepts, design layouts, and visual strategies for brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets. Collaborate with the content, motion graphics, and digital marketing teams to deliver cohesive communication across all platforms. Create visually engaging brand presentations, pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, and advertising materials. Translate brand strategies into effective visual communication that aligns with the client’s tone, message, and goals. Work closely with the creative director and copy team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Stay up to date with design trends, emerging media, and creative technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 4–5 years of professional design experience , with at least 2–3 years in an advertising agency . Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and integrated marketing work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to think strategically and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals. Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills : Experience in brand identity development and campaign storytelling . Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles or experience in digital design will be a plus. Familiarity with motion graphics or video-based communication is an added advantage.
