Enterprises like Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100’s more use Superset tools to automate their campus hiring process.  Location - Bangalore What will you do? As a SME - Recruitment Operations Manager at Superset, you’ll be responsible for handling our clients/customers, handholding during the drives on the software platform and building long-term relationships with them. We need help with:  Providing good customer experience by ensuring that Superset is successfully and smoothly rolled out to the customer - provide software platform training to placements staff and help them set-up the platform, Handling escalations and ensuring long term working relationship with the respective university POCs,  You’ll be required to help potential clients with respect to the platform use, best practices, and promote adoption, Providing guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.  Tracking key recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and developing action plans to enhance performance.  Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on recruitment objectives.  Streamlining recruitment workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.  Requirements | You’ll be a great addition to the team if: You have 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/account management/customer success/client-facing role/operations,  You have excellent communication abilities including the ability to listen, understand, assist rightly to the clients, You understand that maintaining relations is more about understanding people's psyche than just providing feature resolutions, You care about great customer experience, Your experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS or a software company would be an added advantage.  How can Superset help you on your journey?
