Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified.Strong communication skills and business acumenAbility to provide technical and programmatic guidance, project management, consultative services, and innovative solutions.Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact.Project management certification or willingness to obtain this soon.Identifying and mitigating potential risks.Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team.30%-40% TravelCandidate should be flexible to be deputed at anywhere in North-East India for short & long terms.
