Senior Software EngineerYou are an expert in software engineering with strong leadership skills. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of complex software systems and mentor junior engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & DevelopmentLeverage your technical expertise to design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to ensure smooth integration of backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.Develop clean, modular, testable code following industry best practices.Mentorship & Technical LeadershipMentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.Promote engineering best practices including peer reviews, static code analysis, CI/CD hygiene, and code quality standards.Innovation & ToolingIdentify opportunities to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize development workflows.Propose new tools, frameworks, or libraries that enhance team productivity and software quality.Quality & PerformancePartner with QA and SRE teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across environments.Develop and maintain automated test suites for unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.Required Skills and QualificationsMust-Have Skills6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and system design fundamentals.Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, etc.).Experience with Kubernetes/Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.Skills We ValueWe value a variety of skills, including but not limited to:Strong backend development expertise with Java / Spring Boot.Working exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular is a plus).Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.Interest or experience in integrating LLMs / AI tools into engineering workflows for code generation, testing, or automation.
