Role Overview As the Head of Credit & Risk , you will be responsible for leading the overall credit strategy, policy framework, underwriting standards, and risk governance for our MSME and supply chain finance portfolio. You will drive business scalability while safeguarding portfolio quality , working closely with business, product, technology, and lending partners. This is a strategic leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and wants to shape the credit engine of a rapidly growing NBFC. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Define and execute the credit vision, policy, and governance framework for Quick Cash Flow. Ensure alignment of risk appetite with business growth goals , maintaining a balance between innovation and prudence. Drive digitization and automation of credit processes for faster and smarter decision-making.   2. Credit Underwriting & Approval Lead pan-India credit underwriting across Supply Chain, Invoice Financing, and Working Capital products. Approve large-ticket proposals and structure bespoke solutions for anchor-driven programs. Strengthen internal credit scorecards, risk models, and rating methodologies . 3. Risk & Portfolio Management Oversee portfolio performance, monitor early warning signals, and ensure asset quality and regulatory compliance . Implement robust portfolio monitoring mechanisms and regular stress testing. Collaborate with the recovery and collections team to optimize NPA control. 4. Product & Policy Development Develop and enhance credit programs and products catering to MSME needs in the supply chain ecosystem. Continuously review product and policy parameters to remain competitive and compliant with RBI guidelines. 5. Stakeholder Management Engage with anchor corporates, co-lending partners, and internal leadership to drive synergy in credit operations. Represent the credit function in management and board discussions. Support business teams with structured feedback and underwriting insights. 6. People & Capability Development Lead, mentor, and upskill the credit and risk team. Build a performance-driven culture focused on analytical excellence and accountability. Foster cross-functional collaboration with tech, product, and business teams. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 12–15 years of experience in credit, risk, and underwriting — preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs handling Supply Chain / MSME lending portfolios . Strong understanding of RBI regulations, credit policy frameworks, and digital underwriting models . Educational Qualification: CA / MBA / PGDM (Finance / Risk Management preferred). Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver scalable, compliant credit solutions. Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
