We are presently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing a dynamic and challenging environment for individuals experienced in accounting processes and client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Handle vendor invoicing, payments, and timely follow-ups to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize expertise in QuickBooks for maintaining financial records, data entry, and report generation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and update Zoho CRM or relevant software with pertinent information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance financial operations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of 7-8 years in accounting, with a strong understanding of sales or calling environments.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing account payables, account receivables, vendor invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records and reports.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
