Our tailored solutions emphasize efficiency, innovation, and results.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Tableau Administrator located in Chennai. The Tableau Administrator will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions. Daily tasks include managing Tableau Server environments, ensuring system health, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and providing ongoing system updates. Collaboration with teams to gather requirements, create reports, and ensure data accuracy will also be part of the role, with a focus on creating actionable insights through data visualization and analytics.Qualifications- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for creating and managing dashboards and reports.- Strong skills in data management, including data modeling, integration, and data visualization techniques.- Experience in performance analysis, optimization of Tableau Server, troubleshooting, and technical support.- Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and database management for handling large data sets.- Familiarity with system administration tasks such as server upgrades, process monitoring, and periodic system maintenance.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, communicate insights effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an on-site team environment in Chennai.- Preferred: Knowledge of AI/ML analytics, experience in digitization projects, and familiarity with healthcare data and compliance regulations.- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is recommended.
