Desktop Support SpecialistThis role focuses on resolving complex desktop issues and implementing solutions to improve end user experience. Investigating systemic problems requires collaboration with business partners to identify needs and pain points.The position involves advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and working with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems. Providing expert-level support includes addressing technical concerns and training users on best practices.Mandatory skills include 7-10 years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field, subject matter expertise in Windows OS internals, and working knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting tools.
