We work fast, value quality, and believe great design drives sales — if you do too, come build with us.Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented, pragmatic and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will design across digital and print, create high-converting product creatives for marketplace listings and ad campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing, content and account teams to deliver assets that drive results. This is an in-house role based in Trilanga, Bhopal.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and produce visuals for social media (posts, stories, reels), paid ads, emailers and landing pages.Create Amazon/marketplace listing creatives: hero images, infographics, A+ modules, storefront banners and product mockups that meet marketplace guidelines.Edit and retouch photos; basic product photography direction and image optimisation for web.Produce short motion graphics and edit short-form video (15–60s) for social and ad creatives.Work with content & marketing to translate campaign briefs into conversion-focused designs.Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all assets; manage asset library and version control.Deliver multiple projects on tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent.1 – 1.5 years of hands-on professional experience in graphic design (agency / in-house / e-commerce preferred).Strong portfolio demonstrating social, e-commerce, ad and product creatives.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Basic video/motion skills: Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent) — able to create/edit short ad reels.Familiarity with Figma/Sketch for collaboration (preferred).Understanding of marketplace image specs (Amazon, Flipkart) and best practices for conversion-oriented product pages.Good command of English (written) for working with briefs and creating on-image copy.Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with Amazon A+ Content creation, storefront design or listing optimization.Experience creating creatives for paid social (Facebook/Instagram) and knowledge of ad creative testing principles.Experience with product photography or studio shoots (lighting, composition).Strong time management, organization and ability to work under pressure.Personal AttributesCreative thinker with commercial sensibility — design that looks good and converts.Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable receiving and acting on feedback.Strong communicator and team player.Eager to learn, experiment and iterate quickly.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact e-commerce & brand projects.Collaborative, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.Training & upskilling support (tools, courses).Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.(Exact compensation will be discussed during interview.)How to ApplyPlease send the following to [] with subject line "Senior Graphic Designer — [Your Name]":Updated CV / resumePortfolio link (Behance/Dribbble/Google Drive) — include at least 5 e-commerce / ad creatives and 2 motion/video samples.Short note (2–3 lines) on why you're a fit for WalBayZon.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹21,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
