In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to drawing specifications.You will read and interpret engineering drawings, create and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software, and perform quality checks using measuring instruments.This is a great opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality products.**Responsibilities**Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning, Milling with 4th axis) to produce parts as per drawing specifications.Read and interpret engineering drawings.Create and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, bore dials).Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to programs or setups.Maintain equipment and ensure machines are in good working condition.**Requirements**ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC (Turning and Milling) operation and programming.Proficiency in G-code and CAM software.Strong understanding of machining principles and material properties.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.**Preferred Skills**Experience with CNC turning and VMC (4th axis).Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
