You’ll be our voice across platforms, creating engaging content, building community, and making our mission resonate with people—whether they're eco-activists, everyday citizens, or corporate donors.This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who’s excited to build from scratch, experiment, and grow with us.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and implement a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTubeCreate engaging posts that highlight tree planting activities, impact stories, field visuals, and environmental daysWork with field teams to collect photos, videos, and stories from the groundWrite copy that’s clear, inspiring, and aligned with our voiceMonitor DMs, comments, and mentions—fostering two-way engagementTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and suggest improvementsCollaborate with content creators, designers, and the wider teamStay updated on trends in climate, sustainability, and social mediaWho You Are1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a nonprofit, sustainability brand, or startupStrong writing skills with a clear, engaging toneMust be well-versed with CANVA and other editing tools.Comfortable being both creative and data-drivenPassionate about the environment, storytelling, and social impactPassionate about traveling and meeting new people.
