Asia Regional ComLIMS Manager

As a senior professional in the International Division, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and promoting best practices across the division. This includes ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and adhering to these practices, as well as identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes.The position requires strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with National Division teams, Group teams members, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for organizing regular meetings and working sessions to share knowledge, establish and review best practices, and align the vision within the division on the implementation of business requirements or major updates.In addition, you will be part of the project team supporting eLIMS-NG Deployment across regions, ensuring the consistency of ComLIMS setup across the region. Your expertise will also be utilized in maintaining the Division (Environment) part of the Matrix tree, reviewing and approving requests for creation of new items, and working closely with Operation Segment Block Cross-Country Teams on topics relevant to ComLIMS Applications or ComLIMS Data.
