Dynamic Human Resources Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to play a pivotal role in our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining a motivated and compliant workforce.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing key HR processes and activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee lifecycle management, training and development.Handle end-to-end recruitment for all categories.Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment.Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingTalent Acquisition & OnboardingThis includes:Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.Managing the hiring process from start to finish.Coordinating with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment.Employee Engagement & WelfareEmployee Engagement & WelfareThis includes:Driving plant-level engagement initiatives.Organizing cultural and employee well-being activities.Maintaining a positive work environment.Training and DevelopmentTraining and DevelopmentThis includes:Developing and delivering training programs.Preparing training calendars.Coordinating internal and external trainings.Performance Management & DevelopmentPerformance Management & DevelopmentThis includes:Coordinating the annual goal-setting and appraisal process.Supporting line managers in employee performance reviews and development planning.Assisting in skill development and capability-building initiatives.HR Operations & HRISHR Operations & HRISThis includes:Maintaining accurate employee records and attendance.Supporting monthly payroll inputs and leave administration.Preparing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards.
