Job Title: Financial Process Testing SpecialistThe role of a Financial Process Testing Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of SAP Central Finance processes within an S/4HANA environment. This position requires utmost attention to detail, with a focus on guaranteeing data accuracy, system reliability, and adherence to business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute functional testing for SAP Central Finance scenarios, encompassing initial load, replication, and AIF monitoring.Functional Test Case Design: Create and execute functional test cases for CFIN scenarios, verifying integration with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules.Integration, Regression, and UAT Cycles: Participate in integration, regression, and user acceptance testing cycles for financial postings and ledger updates, ensuring data consistency and process validation.Data & Process Validation: Validate master data consistency, mappings, and posting logic for replicated transactions, and verify integration with external systems.Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Rally, ALM, or JIRA, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.Documentation: Prepare thorough documentation, including test plans, RTM, execution reports, and audit evidence.Required Skills & Qualifications:SAP QA Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP QA testing, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to SAP Central Finance.SAP Modules: Proficiency in FI/CO (GL, AP, AR), MM, and SD modules.Tools: Familiarity with Rally, ALM, JIRA, and SQL for backend validation.Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of batch job monitoring, IDoc/XML validation, AIF error handling, and testing types such as functional, integration, regression, and UAT.Preferred Skills:Experience in Retail or Finance-Specific Flows: Exposure to retail or finance-specific flows, such as GR/IR reconciliation or procure-to-pay.SAP Solution Manager: Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for documentation and process management.Test Automation Frameworks: Knowledge of test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
