From brand identity to websites, social media, creative campaigns, and content direction, you’ll be the driving force behind everything we put out into the world.You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, while working closely with our founder to push boundaries and make DigiCrackers’ work stand out across industries.This is a senior leadership role for someone who’s equally strong in creative vision and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.This Role is For You If You:Have 7+ years of creative experience (agency preferred), with 3+ years in a leadership roleHave led creative across multiple mediums — brand identity, campaigns, digital, content, design, videoCan move seamlessly from big-picture creative strategy to hands-on review and execution guidanceHave a sharp sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and how creativity drives business outcomesKnow how to build, mentor, and inspire a creative teamCan confidently lead client pitches, presentations, and workshopsAre obsessed with raising the creative bar — every single dayWhat You’ll Be DoingCreative Strategy: Own and drive creative strategy across all client accounts and internal projectsBranding: Oversee creation of brand identities, design systems, and guidelinesCampaigns: Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and offlineContent & Social: Work with copywriters and content strategists to align messaging with visualsWeb & Digital: Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure websites and digital platforms are functional, aesthetic, and on-brandTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor designers, video editors, and copywriters — review work, provide feedback, and push for excellenceClient Collaboration: Present creative ideas, justify decisions with insights, and align with business objectivesInnovation: Stay ahead of design, content, and campaign trends; bring fresh ideas to the tableWhom You’ll Work WithJay – Founder: Direct collaboration on high-impact projects and brand directionClients: Ambitious brands across industries — from D2C to real estate to SaaSCreative Team: Designers, editors, and copywriters working under your leadershipCross-functional Teams: SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Development — ensuring creativity ties back to performanceWe Stand ForFreedom & Responsibility: More responsibility brings more freedom and flexibilityFeedback & Transparency: Honest, direct, and constructive feedback both waysTeamwork: Collaboration over ego; respect at the coreCareer Growth: A culture of mentorship, feedback, and growth-driven reviewsA Few Things to KnowThis is an on-site role in AhmedabadYou’ll be building and scaling the creative function — both the team and the outputYou’ll play a key role in shaping the next phase of DigiCrackers’ growth
