Job Title: Skincare SpecialistThe Skincare Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving store sales and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). This individual contributes to the execution of events calendar, adheres to out-of-stock procedures, manages Testers, and delivers focused services.To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate active listening, and maintain a strong personal image. They should also be aware of security and cashiering procedures, stay up-to-date with product knowledge, and adhere to brand dress code and grooming standards.Sales Performance: Contribute to store sales growth, achieve IPT/AUS/Conversion targets, and participate in events calendar implementation.Customer Consultation: Greet customers, investigate needs, and conduct hygienic and educational demonstrations and consultations.Product Knowledge: Display competent product knowledge, keep up-to-date, and adhere to security and cashiering protocols.Personal and Counter Image: Maintain high standards of hygiene, adhere to brand dress code and grooming requirements, and display a strong personal image.
