Desktop Support RoleIn this technical position, you will be responsible for delivering advanced second-level support services for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals. This includes analyzing complex technical issues escalated from the L1 support team, implementing and configuring operating systems, software applications, and system updates, and conducting root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.You will also assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN, collaborate with IT colleagues on projects, upgrades, and implementations, maintain accurate records of work performed, issues, and resolutions using a ticketing system, provide remote support and troubleshooting for users working from home or in the field, train and mentor junior support technicians as needed, ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and best practices, and perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of equipment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.Implement and configure operating systems, software applications, and system updates.Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.Assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.Collaborate with IT colleagues on projects, upgrades, and implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.Experience with operating systems, software applications, and system updates.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Ongoing training and development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The opportunity to work on a variety of complex technical projects.others:This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
