Human Resources Leader

Job Description:The Human Resources Executive plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the organization’s HR systems, procedures, and best practices. This includes end-to-end responsibility for ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees, including IT support, and acting as a point of contact for member processes throughout the employee lifecycle.Actively recruit admin and blue-collar positions by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentMaintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records, and track attendance/absenteeism while reporting to the concerned headProvide timely disbursal of letters, confirmations, probation, exit process, and other essential employee-related tasksKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulationsMaintain accurate records and reports on employee data, attendance, and leaveCollaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize HR processesCommunicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills to communicate complex ideas and develop solutionsAble to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to think critically and strategically, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
