Prepare proposals for client, present them and assist with roadshows.Study client's existing insurance portfolio (gap analysis) and engage with clients to give appropriate insurance risk management advisory.Should possess strong connects with insurers/ reinsurers which will help in getting the best terms from the markets Provide continuous assistance to clients regarding any claims-related queries.Develop, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success.Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats. Qualification and Experience:Should possess 7+ years of experience in insurance broking, with a focus on bancassurance and BFSI sector expertise being highly relevant.
