Job DescriptionThe role of Client Onboarding Specialist is to bridge the gap between sales and technical implementation, ensuring seamless client onboarding. The specialist will perform day-to-day activities to transition clients from pre- to post-sales service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate internal transition meetings with clients and stakeholders.Administer the onboarding process, including gathering client requirements, configuring monitoring/alarm and reporting systems, determining training and staffing needs, loading client data into ServiceNow, and scheduling transition meetings.Represent client onboarding to all clients and internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will ensure client onboarding services are delivered consistently, in high quality, and professionally, aligning with company initiatives and client expectations.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:8+ years' experience in client transition management/onboarding or managing ITIL Service Delivery processes.6+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator at a minimum Superuser level, with extensive knowledge and permissions to manage, configure, and troubleshoot the system.Experience influencing and consulting cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of various technology solutions, such as network management systems, unified communications, and wireless technology.Service awareness of organization's key products and service offerings for which support is being provided.Ability to manage multiple activities, work effectively within tight deadlines, and understand qualifications, credentials, and skills of field operations delivery resources.BenefitsThis position offers:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.OthersAs a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, influence business decisions, and drive organizational success.
