ETL Data Quality Assurance Specialist

As a meticulous and proactive ETL Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data pipelines built on Google Cloud Platform.This position involves validating ETL workflows, reconciling data across systems, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to uphold data quality standards.The ideal candidate will have experience in designing test strategies, creating reusable test assets, and automating validation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ETL pipelinesDevelop and maintain test certificates and validation documentation for audit and compliance purposesPerform data reconciliation and validation checks across multiple systems and sourcesCollaborate with developers to identify and resolve data mismatches and transformation issuesAutomate test execution using scripting tools and frameworksConduct regression, integration, and performance testing for data workflowsDocument defects and track resolution through version control and issue tracking systemsSupport UAT and production validation efforts with business stakeholdersRequirements:Proven experience in designing test strategies, creating reusable test assets, and automating validation processesStrong understanding of data pipelines, including ETL workflows and data transformationsExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Java, and familiarity with testing frameworksAbility to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvementBenefits:Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and innovationCollaborative and dynamic work environment with experienced professionalsProfessional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and professional growthA dynamic and collaborative work environment
