BandLevel 3Job Description SummaryResponsible to Deliver high-quality, value-added information to Global attorneys and Scientists to:a) Support ADACAP payments and purchase ordersb) Perform applications data checks related to the POsc) Monitor for overall risk for payments support Job Description Specialist - Legal OperationsLocation – Hyderabad #LI HybridAbout the Role: Responsible to Deliver high-quality, value-added information to Global attorneys and Scientists to:a)    Support ADACAP payments and purchase ordersb)    Perform applications data checks related to the POsc)    Monitor for overall risk for payments supportKey Responsibilities:Search and analyze information in one scientific area of relevance: chemistry (structure searches) or molecular biologyManage timely delivery of reviews for publishing scientific content externally in support of active research programs or completed studies, based on in-house established search protocolsConduct, initially under supervision of a senior IP information analyst, review analysis determining the scope of searches and search results.Develop knowledge of patents and US, EP and international patent lawClear understanding of the request and delivery of the results as per the business requirementCollaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure that the information needs of the Global scientists and attorneys are met in a timely and efficient manner.Iteratively communicate (initially with the guidance of a senior IP information analyst) with the Global attorneys to ensure any IP sensitive information from being disclosed externallyCommunicate knowledge in an efficient and open manner with all members of the PRIAN team. Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: :We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Role Requirements :Essential RequirementsDegree in Finance with 2 years of experience.
