Quality Assurance SpecialistThis is a critical role that involves ensuring the highest standards of quality in all departments.We are seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high-quality processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.Your primary responsibility will be to conduct process reviews, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality standards. You will also provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to strengthen their understanding and execution of quality standards.This is not a manual or automation testing QA profile. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work effectively with employees at all levels to identify and address skill gaps.As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:Conduct process reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop reports highlighting trends/opportunities for growthAnalyze data to identify patterns and make recommendations for process improvementsCollaborate with management to develop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practicesEscalate unresolved issues to Senior Management and work with Management to resolve the issuesProvide timely reports documenting observations from reviewsThe ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
