Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in PeopleSoft to join our team at Papa John’s (Powered by SMC Squared) in our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the PeopleSoft Finance module, SQL, and PeopleCode, with a strong background in supporting existing PeopleSoft installations of financial modules. This role involves supporting and ensuring smooth integration and operation of PeopleSoft Financial Modules, maintaining and enhancing financial systems, analyzing system functionality, and collaborating with team members to meet both client and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PeopleSoft Financial Modules including AR, Billing, AP, PO, Inventory, and GL.
  • Perform system analysis and design to obtain clear and well-defined specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Create detailed, organized, and well-thought-out documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to define best practices and gather client requirements.
  • Maintain system configuration and regularly update to align with customer and company needs.
  • Analyze and thoroughly test system changes and products prior to launch.
  • Support and integrate third-party add-ons, such as sales and use tax systems.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financial Modules (AR, Billing, AP, PO, Inventory, and GL).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PeopleCode.
  • Ability to create clear, organized documentation.
  • Proven experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and design.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients.
