Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager - Merchant Partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving partnerships that enhance our platform's value. This role demands strategic insight, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of fintech and merchant ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with merchant partners, understanding their business needs, and ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, prioritize, and onboard potential merchant partners that align with our business goals.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of merchant offerings on our platform.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 7+ years in relationship management, business development, or partnership roles within fintech, payments, or related industries.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of merchant acquisition strategies, payment systems, and digital platforms.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Additional certifications are a plus.
Compensation: ₹21 LPA Fixed
Location: Mumbai | Work From Office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM)
