About the Role :

We are looking for Counsellors, Senior and Lead Counsellor for scaling our premium counselling division. You will work with Managers and Senior leaders to build our premium counselling division from scratch.

This is a new vertical that we are setting up and we are looking for people who will define the charter for this vertical.


Location : Bangalore - Jayanagar & MG Road


The charter for this role will include:

  • Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
  • Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest
  • Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for
  • Assist in preparing and filing of their applications
  • Guiding students on the visa process and visa applications
  • Ensure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets


Ideal Persona would:

  • The candidate should be from Study Abroad vertical (Mandatory)
  • 1+ years of study abroad experience
  • In-depth knowledge of premium universities/colleges
  • Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
  • Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
  • Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
  • Excellent in written and spoken communication
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
