Location

The successful candidate shall be placed at any of our Client's location in NCR or Karnataka. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. Data Engineers willing to work full-time in Python/PySpark and have deep knowledge of ETL tools and SQL may apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark to support data analytics and business intelligence needs.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes to gather, process, and transform raw data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency through data validation, cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Manage and optimize databases, data storage, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Develop data integration solutions and ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Document processes, procedures, and data definitions to maintain a comprehensive data architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in data engineering, with a solid understanding of ETL frameworks, data integration, and data architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing, along with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data services (e.g., AWS) and familiarity with cloud-based data engineering tools.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and experience in optimizing data retrieval.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
