ServiceNow AdministratorWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to handle daily operations, ensure platform security, and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing configuration management databases, domain separation, and ITSM operations.The role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps. The successful candidate will also possess hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.Job Responsibilities:Configuration Management Database: Responsible for maintaining CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.Domain Separation: Managing multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues (incidents) related to the platform.Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows (often using Flow Designer or JavaScript).Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, project managers, business users) to align the platform with organizational goals and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives within ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.).Requirements:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Must have Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for interacting with technical teams and non-technical users alike.Benefits:Dedicated Learning & Development Budget – Fuel your growth with resources dedicated to skill enhancement.Cutting-Edge Projects – Work on exciting projects using the latest technologies.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy – Enjoy ample leave options to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Work Environment:Remote-First Culture: At our company, we all work from wherever we choose but come together during set hours to collaborate.Leave & Time-off – All leaves taken are paid leaves.
