Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in React.js and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in frontend development.


Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web and mobile applications using React.js.
  • Ensure that the frontend code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and security.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and product managers, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Ensure automated testing and deployment practices are in place to maintain high-quality standards in production releases.


Who You Are

Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or team lead role, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring developers.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js/Next.js
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience in building responsive web applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Git for version control.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure is a plus
  • Familiarity with Vue.js is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
