Experience with SOC, SIEM, and a strong understanding of Cyber security are essential for success in this role.Preparing and presenting client operational reporting at regular meetingsClient SLAs and Reporting (including enhancements)Ensuring analysts meet SLA and follow proceduresExceptional report writing skillsOnboarding new clientsContinuously improving operations and client engagementDeveloping a deep understanding of client business needs, including orchestration of strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshops Risk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor incident managementRequired Skills:Minimum of 5 years experience in Service ManagementExperience in Delivering Cyber of SOC service is very importantExperienced working in an MSP environmentITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience with Incident responseStrong knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsAbility to present at a C-suite levelLeadership and collaboration skillsTime management skillsStrategic thinkingAutonomy and self-sufficiencyAbility to work within a team and influence stakeholdersDesirable Qualifications:Commercial experience and exposure to Presales or Solutions Architecture in areas such as IT, cloud, Networking & Cyber SecurityIndustry-based technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Rapid7, NetSkope Etc.)The ideal candidate will have a strong balance between customer service, technical knowledge, and experience dealing with senior executives.
