Lead Learning and Development SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Lead Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and scale high-impact learning programs across our global organization.This individual will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions to strengthen employee performance and productivity.Design and deliver end-to-end training programs achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Author engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions addressing performance barriers.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification is preferred.
