Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager - DaaS (Device As A Service) professional to join our client. The individual will be focussing on Enterprise Deal Structuring and Client Management. In this pivotal role, you will help structure profitable and compliant enterprise deals that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to maximize our client's market impact and enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our go-to-market initiatives.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Generate deal flow, close transactions, and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- Ensure all deals comply with the company's revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with value stream stakeholders to proactively address critical business needs and resolve challenges.
- Use process data, metrics, and KPIs to monitor business performance, identify patterns or gaps, and address them proactively.
- Organize and participate in exclusive events with CFOs and CIOs to showcase the company's unique value proposition.
- Dedicate 20% of time to learning the business and products to develop leadership skills for guiding a team through deal negotiation and escalation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/MBA - Accounting Or Finance
- 4-7 years of experience (Minimum 2 years - Multinational Leasing Company - Mandatory)
- Should be skilled in strong new hunting, deal structuring, deal negotiation, deal closure etc.
- Should be well versed with concepts like XIRR, IRR, GST, ROI, RV etc.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills and knowledge of CRM Software and Excel.
