We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Manager/Lead to support and optimize key aspects of our supply chain, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Supply Chain & Logistics ManagementEnsure timely availability of inventory across all markets.Coordinate logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery and stock movement.2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer SuccessLiaise with technical and operations teams to promptly resolve customer issues.Coordinate with product promoters to boost on-ground sales performance.3. Sales & Profitability ManagementTrack and maintain positive EBITDA for each sales channel.Recommend strategies for revenue growth and cost optimization.4. Marketing & Brand BuildingContribute to the development of branding and promotional strategies.Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement.5. Pricing Strategy & Competitive AnalysisBenchmark product pricing against competitors.Recommend data-driven pricing models to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and business acumenEffective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teamsKnowledge of supply chain processes and digital marketing toolsSelf-motivated with a growth mindset and problem-solving abilityWillingness to travel across India as needed
